Your booking request is final when you have received the reservation confirmation email.
A downpayment of 30% is asked. We ask you to pay this within 1 week after receiving the confirmation.
Check-in between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Check-out between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM
Breakfast is included (only at 'Le Mas de Marie').
'Le Mas de Marie' has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons (only one bedroom). It is not possible to place extra beds. Children over 15 years old are welcome.
'La Romance de Grignan' has a maximum occupancy of 5 persons. It is not possible to place extra beds.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces, provided that it does not bother others.
In case of damage to our properties (also when smoking in the rooms) all costs will be charged.
Of course, it will often happen by accident. We will therefore provide all cooperation if you want to claim the damage from your insurance.
Cancellation:
A cancellation request will only be effective once we have sent you a cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation after the booking has been made, is free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival.
In case of a cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival, an amount of 100% of the booking costs will be retained.
A date change will be considered a cancellation for the original date.
